Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all US orders.  “Free Shipping” will show at check out.  Upon order, you will receive a confirmation for your order in your inbox.  Once your order is processing, you will receive an order update with the tracking number for your package.  We ship as soon as your item is roasted or printed (for merch items).  Roasting your batch of beans will be scheduled in 1-3 days and shipped day of roast.  Merch will be printed upon order in 1-5 days and shipped.  We are using USPS and DHL as carriers.  Transit time to your location is dependent upon distance and flow through these networks.  Please note that Beans and Teas will be shipped separately from the merch items.  If you have any concern, don't hesitate to contact us @ Mallardexpresscoffee@gmail.com.
